Our Management
Presently the board of the Company consists of 10 Directors. The company is managed by a team of well qualified and highly experienced professionals under the leadership of Chairman Dr Jupally Rameswar Rao. and Managing Director Mr. Jupally Ranjith Rao and with the support of Whole-time Directors of the company.
A brief profile of the Directors is furnished below:
Graduate in Science and Doctor in Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery (DHMS). He is a first generation entrepreneur and is a quintessential businessman, exemplifies sheer hard work, excellent planning and impeccable business values. He has initially promoted My Home Constructions Private Limited (MHCPL) with an objective of constructing commercial and residential complexes. He has been leading the cement company for almost two decades and responsible for converting a small company into an efficiently run big business group.
Mr. J. Vinod is having Masters Degree in Business Management. He was a Whole Time Director of My Home Constructions Private Limited from 2008 to 2021. He has 15 years of rich experience in corporate matters.
Engineering graduate (BE) with specialization in Mechanical & Industrial Production Engineering and also a post graduate in international business and management from Manchester Business School, United Kingdom. He has been the Managing Director since 2010 and under his dynamic leadership, the company has seen rapid market expansion. He was also associated with CRH Plc, Ireland, the international building material group for a period of about 2 years.
Engineering Graduate with specialization in Electronic & Electrical Engineering (EEE) and also a post graduate in business administration from Manchester Business School, United Kingdom with specialization in Business Management. He has served as director in various companies, including as a whole time director of Theja Energy Limited, Hyderabad.
Mr. J. Shyam Rao did M. Sc. (Accounting and Finance) from Manchester Business School, UK. He is the Managing Director of My Home Constructions Private Limited, one of the leading real estate developers in Hyderabad, India. He joined My Home Constructions Private Limited board in April, 2010. He served as an Executive Director for more than six years and took charge as Managing Director from August, 2016. His meticulous planning played an important role in launching 5 major projects of 17mn sft built up area including Hyderabad’s most luxurious residential project My Home ‘Bhooja’. He was instrumental in partnering with RMZ Corp, Bengaluru for a 10mn sft commercial space project in Hyderabad.
Commerce graduate and a Chartered Accountant with an outstanding academic record. He has over 47 years of rich experience in dealing with various corporate matters like finance, accounts, commercial, secretarial, administration etc., by serving variety of industries. He held prominent positions in various companies during his career. He has been associated with the Company for the last 25 years.
Engineering Graduate (B. Tech.-Electrical) from IIT Kanpur, one of the prestigious institutions in engineering in India. He has over 56 years of rich experience in cement industry, dealing with various technical and administrative matters like setting up new cement units, monitoring functions of units etc. He held prominent positions in various large sized companies before joining the Company. He has been associated with the company for the last 25 years.
Mr. K.V. Chowdary is having his Masters Degree in Mathematics from the prestigious IIT, Chennai. He was selected to Indian Revenue Service (Income Tax) in the year 1977. He held many important position in the department like Commissioner, Chief Commissioner and finally the Chairman of Central Board of Direct Taxes (CBDT). After his retirement, he was appointed as an Advisor to the Department of Revenue on issues relating to Black Money by the Government of India. He also served as Central Vigilance Commissioner for four years.
Mining Engineer and qualified Explosives engineer, he has also done Business Management from INSEAD School of Business, France. Presently, based in CRH Asia office, Singapore, he is the India Country Director for CRH. Working for over 20 years, he has held various senior managerial roles in CRH, involving quarrying, aggregates, pre-cast, ready mix business and business development in Ireland and China. He started his career in the Middle East working with Stevin Rock and worked for a mining consultancy company in Australia before joining CRH.
Mr. Chandrashekhar Pandey is a Mechanical Engineering professional with extensive experience of 33 years in operation, maintenance, debottlenecking, a change initiator and implementing agent. He worked with global leaders of Cement Companies like Vikram Cement, Saudi Cement, ACC (Holcim) and Ultratech Cement.
